Customers within Australia who purchase online may return or exchange items due to change of mind, incorrect sizing or product fault within 30 days from receipt of goods. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.

Sizing and change of mind items will only be accepted for exchange or refund if they remain in their original condition and packaging.

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot exchange or refund the disposable briefs, Maternity Pads, Nursing Pads, Dry Wipes or any other item that has been worn.

If you are completing a return, please ensure any free or bonus items that were provided with the item at the time of purchase are also returned for a complete refund. 

Please note that any shipping fees incurred on the original order will not be refunded.

Returns are at the accountability of the individual. It is advised to use a tracking number from Australia Post to minimise the risk of lost goods.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of return; for delivery time, receiving, processing and postal return.


Faulty Products

We will remedy any faulty product purchased directly from the New Beginnings Australia website within it's warranty period. If you purchased a product from another retailer you will need to arrange the return with that retailer. We are unable to process returns on faulty items that were not purchased from the New Beginnings Australia website.
