Please don’t buy these nipple cups, or any. The only thing they are good for is stopping your nipples from rubbing in your bra, something you can achieve with rolled up tissue. I purchased these in desperation after developing cracked nipples. They truly burnt and stung so badly, and if milk builds up and causes your nipples to become soggy, they will just crack and damage further the next time you feed/pump as the skin is too soft. Please save your money and put it towards seeing a Lactation consultant who will be able to provide personalised and holistic care!!
