A give a solid nod of approval to my initial thoughts and first impressions on the Lactech Breast Pump. This double wearable breast pump pack has been designed with a new mum in mind, right down to having fewer parts to clean and assemble, and having the ultra handy nipple ruler to ensure you can find the right fit straight from the get go. My first time round breastfeeding and then exclusively pumping was made so difficult with not knowing my correct flange size and how to correctly use a pump but luckily this time around, the Lactech Breast Pump has all the info and supporting parts to ensure this would not be a problem again.

No matter how much I ensure to lock a tight seal, it leaks! It’s the fourth time now and I got so paranoid to the point that I’ll need to put a gorilla tape to ensure it seals and locks properly. I should’ve just bought a Luna pump again (for my second pump) instead. Disappoingting!

I was very excited to try the Lactech Wearable Breast Pump. I’m a busy Mum, as all Mums are and I hastily opened the breast pump. I was happy to see that it already had charge and I eagerly tried to figure out all the buttons without reading the manual. It was easy enough to get the gist without any reading, but I followed up with a quick read. Once I was ready to go, I attached, did up my bra (it fits) and went about my household work; no time to rest. They felt heavy when I went to attach them, however as I walked around, I didn’t notice them. I was able to do laundry, the dishes and my everyday tidy of the house - no problem. I’m fact, 15 minutes in and I had filled both breast pumps and I was done. I was able to easily pour the milk into a bottle and it was really easy to clean. So far it seems like an absolutely time saver, but I’ll post another review after I’ve used it for a couple weeks.

After a few days of using the Lactech™ Wearable Breast Pump, I’m seriously impressed. Even though it’s hospital-grade, it feels much gentler on breast tissue compared to the traditional hospital pump I’ve used previously—which often left me feeling sore. It’s also incredibly quiet and discreet; I even managed to pump during a movie at the cinema without anyone noticing! Another highlight is the cleverly designed spout—once the pump reaches around 300ml, it pours out smoothly and cleanly. Unlike other pumps I’ve tried, I haven’t lost a single drop of milk during transfer. Thoughtful design, quiet operation, and gentle performance make this pump a total win.

After using these breast pumps for a few weeks now, I’m really delighted. I can wear these and do my everyday chores. I even tried to do this whilst having a picnic with my kids - and it was easy and very quiet!! Although you can see it makes me look like I have rather large breasts, it’s not obvious I’m wearing breast pumps. By the end of lunch I had expressed all the milk I needed for the night and didn’t waste any time. Will be recommending these to everyone.
