How do I return/exchange an item?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that sizing and change of mind items will only be accepted for exchange or return if they remain in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

We are currently working to make this process easier for all our customers but in the meantime please see below:
Returns are at the accountability of the individual, so we advise to use a free tracking number from Australia post to minimise the risk of lost goods!

Items can be returned to the below address. Please ensure you attach a copy of your receipt, a note explaining why you would like to return/exchange the item, your return address, and telephone number.
